The Fourth Principal Assembly was Held

On December 17, the Fourth Principal Assembly was held in Ai Da hotel in Nankai University. Leaders from Taiwan Affair Office of Tianjin, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Sichuan, Inner Mogolia, Chongqing, Chengdu, experts from Nankai University, Tianjin Normal University, South University of Technology, Institute of Supply Chain Management, Living Knowledge Communities, S.K.H HO Chak Wan Primary School, Nankai High School and principals and teachers of member schools attended the assembly.

Through this meeting, Town and Talent Technologies expected high schools from east and west could have better communication and establish friendly relationship via the platform of internet, to link the famous high schools with western schools in the aspect of teaching aid, donation, etc and through 'Care for the West' column in website: www. yellowsheepriver.com, join the hands of people from all walks of life to contribute to the western development.

Dr. Kenny Lin, President of Town and Talent Technology, gave a presentation titled 'Cheap Revolution', pointing out technology of internet was the only way to shake off poverty and'Cheap Revolution' has already been spread in the impoverished areas and in addition, it must be promoted both in English and Chinese language, which was significant to attract more attention and help from home and abroad. All the attendees expressed consent with their loud applaud.

After that, Liu Jianying, Deputy Director of Taiwan Affair Office Tianjin and Dai Han, Deputy Director of Taiwan Affair Office Qing Hai Province, respectively delivered speeches, recognizing the change and improvement Town and Talent brought to the member schools and extending appreciation for what they have done in the west.

Yang Kexin, Director of Student Management Department of Nan Kai University, Professor Luo Mingqi from Nan Kai International Management Forum, Kang Xiuyan, Principal of Nan Kai High School, He Lu, Secretary of Communist Youth League Tianjin Normal University Branch, representatives of Nan Kai University Graduate Students Union, and Nan Kai University Zi Qiang Communities respectively made speeches about what they had done and their projects for the western regions and had discussions on teaching aid, sharing teaching resources and donating books, VCD and DVD and reached initial agreements.

Nagar Lai, Chairman of Institute of Supply Chain Management and Education Supervisor of South China University of Technology gave a presentation titled 'Help the West to Shake off Poverty', Founder Philip K.F. Hui, Living Knowledge Communities gave a speech named 'Rural Education for Whom', Wong Wan Chu, Principal of S.K.H HO Chak Wan Primary School gave a presentation about situation of primary schools in Hong Kong, David Lin and Chairman of Topology Research Institute demonstrated the operation of Yellowsheepriver Computer and decided to donate 100 computers to the member schools.

Principals of member schools also delivered speecheses about the training, teaching and financial aid, equipment, etc, which had been brought by Town and Talent during the year. They said the platform of 'Care for the West' did help the schools to send their needs timely and gain the care from the warmhearted persons. The principals communicated with the attending experts and reached agreements on sharing resources, cooperation, and the plan of 'Planting Trees and Nurturing Students'.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Lin awarded the excellent member schools and administrators.
