Between Mar 29th and Apr 6th, 2007, Dr. Kenny Lin-the CEO of Town and Talent Technologies CO., LTD. (TTT)visited 27 member schools in 4 provinces, including Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia and Sichuan. He held meeting with local school teachers with accompany of leaders from Sichuan Province government, Educational Bureau and Taiwan Affairs Office.On Dec 7, 2007, Town and Talent Technologies hosted annual Principals Assembly for member schools at YSRICC. More than 140 teachers, officials, scholars, businessmen and member school principals from Tianjin, Gansu, Qinghai, Tibet, Ningxia, and Taiwan were privileged to attend this extraordinary event. The present officials were: Dr. Kenny Lin, the CEO of Town and Talent Technologies; Mr. Su Pei-xue, the head of Taiwan Affair Office in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region; Mr. Sun Zhi-zhong , the vice director of Taiwan Affair Office in Gansu Province; Mr. Fan Yong-jun, the vice director of Taiwan Affair Office in Qinghai Province; Mr. Li Bao-cang, the vice chairman of CPPCC in Wuwei City of Gansu Province; Mr. Wan Guo-ren , Mr. Ding Guang-ming and etc.

The present representatives of charity institutions were: Ms. Zhang Hui-lin and Ms. Chen Ji-hong, from Tianjin TEDA Community Servers Volunteers’ Association; Mr. Zhong Yong-xiang and Ms. Cheng Shu-min, from Eden Social Welfare Foundation (ESWF); Mr. Wen Jian from Professional Education Systems Institute (PESI); Mr. Chen Zhi-ren and Mr. Huang Ya-li, from Singapore Universal Commercial Group; Mr. Xie Shuang-fu, from Xiemei Aixin Student Education Fund（XASEF）; Mr. Chen-ming and Mr. Xue Qi-xiang, the CEO and general manager of Town and Talent Technologies, Wuwei branch, and Mr. Chen Huai-yan, the general manager of Wudi Technologies.

In the morning of Dec 7, all the guests and participants recalled Mr. Wen’s wisdom and zealous passion. One and all vowed to continue their efforts in realizing the Town and Talent Technologies dream to benefit China’s impoverished western areas.

At 10 o’clock, the 2007 Principals Assembly formally started and the theme was “China West Story, Remote Employment and Schools Leading Local Economic Development”. At the two-day conference, Mr. Su highly evaluated Wen’s contribution and supported his Town and Talent Plan on behalf of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region government. Dr. Kenny Lin delivered a report to summarize the past work and look forward the future. Mr. Zhang Hui-lin and Mr. Zhu Yong-xiang delivered speeches on behalf of charity institutions.

The annual principal assembly was a good chance for member school teachers exchanging working experience. In the conference, the “My Western Story” discussion group was welcomed; in which teachers express their opinions and suggestions of Town and Talent Project. After the discussion, Mr. Gu Xiao-xiong, Ms. Lv Xiu-qin, Mr. Yu Yong-zhong, Mr. Fu Zhi-gang, Mr. Dong Kai-fu, and Mr. Yang Cheng-xiao, on behalf of their group, delivered the speech.

In the evening of Dec 7, 2007 excellent member school evening party was held in at YSRICC. In the party, outstanding teachers and member schools were awarded such as excellent member school prize, excellent instructor, rapid progress prize, excellent web page prize and etc. 38 schools were awarded digital cameras. More than 70 member schools received prize as much as 300,000 yuan. Local students and teachers prepared wonderful show. Students in Haxi Middle School performed traditional Tibetan dance and Dr. Kenny Lin couldn’t help dancing with them together. All the teachers in the presence were impressed by the high atmosphere. They determined to work hard in the following year.
During the conference, Town and Talent Technologies hold a training program for member school teachers about China West Story platform and Cyber Fair.
