In Mar 31, 2008, the representatives of Town and Talent Technologies visited Ningxia member schools and successfully held Remote Employment Ceremony in meeting room of Ningxia Hui Automous CPPCC. The conference was co-organized by Taiwan Affairs Office in Ningxia, Ningxia Educational Bureau, Ningxia Foreign Affairs Office and Town & Talent Technologies. The present officials were: Mr. Su Pei-xue, the head of Taiwan Affairs Office in Ningxia; Mr. Lin Xiang-hong, the head of Ningxia Foreign Affairs Office; Mr. Zhang Guang-ping, the vice president of Ningxia Educational Bureau; Mr. He Zhan-xiong, the vice head of Taiwan Affairs Office in Ningxia; Dr. Kenny Lin, the CEO of Town & Talent Technologies Co., ltd; the journalists of Atlantic Monthly; Mr. Jiang Mu-li, the director of BICF. As many as 100 principals and teachers from 44 member schools participated in the conference.

The conference began at 10 o’clock in the morning. Mr. Zhang Guang-ping, the vice president of Ningxia Educational Bureau, introduced the implementation of Town and Talent Projects in Ningxia member school. Dr. Kenny Lin, the CEO of Town & Talent Technologies Co., ltd, recalled the development of Town and Talent Technologies. Mr. Jiang Mu-li, the director of BICF, introduced the successful experience of holding Oxford English Summer Camp in 9 years. Mr. Peng Hai-na, gave a speech about the Care West Platform and 2008 China West Story. Mr. Li Qing, the principal of Zhangyi Middle School, gave a speech on behalf of all Ningxia member schools. At the end, Mr. Su Pei-xue, the head of Taiwan Affairs Office in Ningxia, summarized the conference and encouraged schools to make further progress.

　　
In the afternoon, the principals and administrators from member schools joined in the training program held by BICF and TTT. Ms. Li Bo and Wang Wei introduced the CISS Remote Employment system. After the conference, 7 sale representatives signed the remote employment agreement.

This conference opened up new market for TTT projects in Ningxia, both in the increasing number of member school, and remote employment. In Mar 30, Ningxia government officials, including Lin Ling, Hou Qing-wei , Liu Wei-dong, Dr. Kenny lin, and the journalists of Atlantic Monthly, visited Yinchuan Senior Middle School and discussed the BICF English Summer Camp. Furthermore, they visited teaching building, students’ dormitory, dining hall and playground.
