Here we have an interview with the special class's teacher for some details information:

Q: can you let me know which year is the special class open in Tian Zhu normal school's appertain school

A: it is done in 2000 spring. Under the care and concern from county government, county educational bureau and all affected people from all walks, we hold the special class in our school.

Q: there are many primary school in the county, why there is only one special class in our school ?

A: there are almost hundred primary school in our county, but most of them are in low level teaching, especially in the art teaching, the related teacher are less. But for this teachers here, they must know the gesture language. All round the county, among thousands of teachers are very rare. And also the economy of school are so difficult that it can not hold the class for the mute and deaf students.
