Rural waste increased more than the rural environmental self purification capacity of the city year by year, rural natural environment has been seriously damaged, due to the lack of facilities and team, rural garbage disposal has constrained rural sustainable development.

The rural garbage disposal needs a lot of money, the government only disposes the city garbage, and the garbage in rural areas is ignored. The villagers' health consciousness is also very backward.
