Volunteering Teaching for the first time
From July 14th to August 12th
2007, EDEN Foundation organized 105 volunteers to
teach in our school. And they also gave us donations
from Taiwan.
EDEN Foundation donated 2410 dollars to our school
and volunteers also brought donations from Guang
Quan Foundation – the d onations
included more than 400 pencil boxes, 40 pieces of
clothes, 20 books, 10 study disks, 50 ocarina,
basketballs, volleyballs, and Frisbees. The
volunteers taught more than 480 formal classes and
tutored more than 160 self study classes. In
addition, they visited 9 poor students and offered
help to them. |
