Scenery in Tianzhu is charming in early winter. We come to Chakouyi nursing room which is located in Qilian Mountain Tibetan autonomous county Tianzhu. This is the biggest nursing room in whole province at present which covers most areas and concentrates largest number of people. Into the gate of nursing room, cypresses green pine tree and a row of neat houses come to my eyes. Walk along clean and tidy, down a spacious flat cement road, we go into the living areas of elderly, the dormitories of elderly bathing in the setting sun are so spectacular, come into rooms of people and look around, we see complete indoor facilities, there is nightstand, tea table, two chairs and a large ambry, etc. there are neat and flat roads, spacious activity places, the modernization of fitness equipment, leisurely pace of old man... surrounded by them, just like in a corner of the park, you are hard to relate all this to nursing home. This is a surprise and real feeling when you walk into nursing room. Principal and several teachers accompany with us who comes from No.1 middle school in Tibetan autonomous county Tianzhu are confiding stories in their life with the elderly. We also approach the old man's life gradually and listen to the old man for telling us their conditions of life in daily time carefully.   
He said that they were doing some easy works in the daytime, For example: go to the fields and planting some vegetables, feeding animals, some people would do fitness training with fitness equipment if they had leisure time, some were playing CARDS and chess together, some squatting down in the dormitory door were drinking tea, chatting, looking newspaper, it was happy and harmonious. He also said that the food in nursing room is delicious. They would kill pigs and sheep every 10 days， there are three meals every day, so we can have meat every meal, the vegetables are planted in far four seat shelters, they are very fresh, they also help them to plant vegetables and feed sheep sometimes, it is not only good for our health, but also experience the fun of labor in fields. We are watching TV together when curtain of the night fall upon the land and as their pleasure.
