Her name is Xu Ying. She has been studying the clothes cutting techniques since 1988, at the same time she was learning Tibetan production technology of daily and performance clothing. She is also the daughter-in-law of Mr. Zhang Manla and representative inheritor of the technique project of the intangible cultural heritage, Huarui Tibetan clothing production, in Wuwei City. Nowadays there are still special manufacture stores in Tianzhu County, which can produce Huarui Tibetan costumes and accessories.
