Oat’s noodle’s culture promotion team was established on Sept. 2007, including Fu Zhigang, Cheng Jihong, Hou Aiguo, Lei Yu, Bo Yana, Chen Yannan, besides Bao Yana and Chen Yannan are the students of grade 1 in middle school. The purpose of our team is thru our work, promote, present and discover oat’s noodle’s culture, let more people understand food of out of great wall – oat’s noodle, and let the oat’s noodle go to the whole world.

　　After our work over, oat’s noodles as the the main food in north west from long time ago, and developed a lot food culture related oat’s noodles, but still nobody collect and clear up this traditional culture, thru this action, we found a lot culture meaning of oat’s noodle, so now I would like to ask my team to work on and let more people around them to promote oat’s noodles culture, and promote traditional food culture, let oat’s noodles go to the whole world.
