Eating way of oat’s fish
 
  
  Fish’s eating way can be with hot woup and vegetable soup:
 

 

  Hot soup: Oat’s noodles boil vegetables, this is a proper dish in highlands. Boil vegetable can choose poteto, bean curd, cabbage, vermicelli, and some condiments, take oat’s noodles, as warm and delicious, very suitable to eat in cold winter.

  Method 2: Dipping with meat soup, egg soup, it’s a daintly eating way on highlands, and very popular in restaurant. The meat should be a little fat, and cut a bit bigger than meat stuffing, and put in the bowl or iron basin, mixed with salt, pepper, sause, shallot, benne oil etc., 30 minutes to braise in the boiler, then put the noodles inside th boiler to braise, after 15 minutes take out, put in some waters inside the soup, and cut some caraway, then can taste the oat’s fish dipping meat soup.

  Cold way: Use tartness, spicy soup with vegetable and potetal threadlike thingto mixed with cold oat’s fish is very suitable in summer.

  Material: threadlike thing of cucumber, carrot, potetal, caraway, salt, monosodium glutamate, balm, spicy oil, garlic water, benne oil, sauce, vinegar, arrange in pairs to a colorful tartness, spicy taste cold soup, take oat’s fish to taste, even it’s not as smoothly as wheat flour, but will get more feeling aftertaste, and can’t stop eating.
