Hong Xiang Village Hong Ya Zi town Pingluo County belongs to immigrant village, the per capita land area is less, soil is fertility, crop farming income is low, economical development in immigrant village is slow, and the life of the masses is difficult. In order to further improve the life of immigrants, enhance skills, encourage employment, mainly through the labor skills training to increase revenue, Pingluo County Bureau of labor and employment services provides employment for migrant people, skills training, entrepreneurship training, transfer, employment assistance five measures to urge immigrant employment in Hong Xiang village.

First is to help immigrants with the science and technology. 5 training courses have been held so far, including welders, bricklayer, restaurant waiter, Chinese style division, and a total of 384 immigrants have accepted the training. According to the need of employment, the steel workers, jiazigong, directed the Chinese cook, housekeeper, labor brokers and other skills training will be held, to provide more jobs for them, create more employment opportunities.

Second is to help immigrants to exclude the difficulty and anxiety. County Bureau of labor and employment coordinates the training school to carry out the helping work, to exclude the difficulty and anxiety for immigrants in Hong Xiang Village positively. The County Bureau of labor and employment organized workers to donate clothes for the village; Ningxia Institute of Science and Technology donated desks and chairs for poverty alleviation; Ningxia army macro school also brought furnace and coal.

Third is to strengthen the service consciousness, broaden the way of getting rich. County Bureau of labor and employment plans to develop a number of labor brokers in the village, the labor brokers will organize export of labor, and organize their employment transfer orderly.
