Exchange with Miss Li

On November the first, we have interviews with Miss Li Xiulan who is the educational leader of Guide County . She introduces the supporting activities in the development of education of the county, as well as the functions of buddhas.

Student (S): Would you like to tell us some buddhas you know ?

Miss Li (L): The first buddha I get to know is the tenth Penchan Buddha which is respected by all the people. I met him in Hainan Prefecture , Qinghai Province when I was still a student. You may know his contributions from some media. In Guide County , we know Buddha Rongyi and Jiayang. The former has retired because of age, while the latter is the vice president. All the buddhas are worth respecting.

S: Do you know their contributions? And what is your opinion?

L: Yes. These buddhas have made contributions to the local problems, harmonious society and ethinic union. Buddha Jiayang often helps poor people and Buddha Gengdeng often donates money to schools. They play very positive roles in the development of the county. I think we should learn from them and also try our best to help other people.

S: What is your wish?

L: As the educational leader of the county, I have been paying great attention to the growth of the students. I hope you can work hard and try to help other people after grown-up. Let all of us to show our concern towards other people.
