"It's full!" Tracing along the
loud voices, it is seen that the students in Guide County Hexi
Boarding School are holding up highly their bags, in which are full
of the household garages that they have picked. The school organized
social practice named "We are taking actions to protect our mother
river."
Walk out of the campus, study the hometown and foster the students'
affection on the hometown, Guide County Hexi Boarding School has
taken actions. In this semester, students from different grades have
been organized to participate in social practices. And over 80
students of two teams from grade 5 were in the bank of Yellow River
experiencing their social practice. The students collected the
rubbish left by others and tested the water quality of the Yellow
River and that of the drinking water.
Hearing about these, many parents also participated in it actively.
Now they are playing a very important part in every activity like
this. Meanwhile, the students who have joint in the practice pointed
out that they have learned more of the mother river and had deeper
affection on the hometown.
