In 1935, the red army held meeting in here, this is a meeting with historical significance after the Red Army went into Sichuan, it played an extremely important role for development of Sichuan, Shaanxi, in March 1984, Wangcang county government decided that the wooden temple was listed in cultural relics and repaired. In 2010, Wangcang County carried out a comprehensive renovation for wooden temple, now covers an area of 20 acres. It is begun to accept visitors. |

In the east of wooden temple, there is a chastity memorial arch which was built in the Qing Dynasty twenty-seven years, and above 16 Red Army slogans are engraved. |
