The spray phenomenon in Jingmi Channel and 16 villages'
results from the pollution from animal husbandry, factory,
discharge of sewage and tail gases. These lead to eutrophication
in water.
What is spray phenomenon?
spray phenomenon refers to the water pollution which
causes numerous production of algae and forms green
bubbles on the water surface. The appearance of algae
means that the water is in condition of eutrophication,
in which nitrogen, phosphor and other factors are beyond
normal level. The spray phenomenon deteriorates the
water quality.
