Dry has become people's serious trouble. For make a living, people have to give up agriculture and go out for part-time jobs.
The geography type of the loess plateau of the south of Ningxia is mainly loess mound and erosion river valley. The loess mound is mainly distributed in the west of Majian County. The loess beam growing, the geography broken up, the ditch valley incises mightiness, soil erosion severity, land degeneration to the region bring much harm to production, ecosystem, social development. And for people’s ignorance, over chopping down, and steal herding thief to herd, the big area forest destroy, the sandstorm rising result in vicious cycle of environment. People are struggling on the poor dead line. Some factories here do not protect water resources; eject industrial waste water to the river, lake, which results in pollution of fresh water resources and groundwater resources. White garbage is everywhere, which seriously pollute our homes.

Three. the special subject research plan essentials

"The western sea solid" is located at south mountain area: the bitterest in the world and the poorest in the world. Millions of Hui, Han people live there. And it has been reviewed as “the most unwell pleasant type for living" by United Nations. Deep ditch mountain, secluded desolate, bad weather, the people cultural character falling behind, living difficult, over cultivate to over fell, urge environment to worsen day by day, lack of water resources is strange to, soil erosion severity ……these kinds situation result in deep echo among young generation, especially the young students. The classmate devotes to depend on oneself to change present condition, and to change living environment.

Four. our networks environment

There are 50 computers in our school, which can be used by students during after class and lunch break time. Add to the 3 of teachers, we have enough ones. All of school computers have Internet and can provide us with materials to search.

Five. the problems to overcome

The progress report	It goes on with its process basically. In the second period, heavy rain and slippery road affect our interview outside.	During the last days in holiday, our group goes to interview in rain, and search a large amount of materials. We also search materials on weekends and after class, to catch up the process.
Time	Time arrangement is urgent. Usually, we do not have large amount of time to devote in special subject research.	Our group has to make use of after class time, weekends, and holiday. Many members are too busy to dig the potato in the field.
Experience	In this activity, for lack of experiences, we detour a lot.	To summarize experiences in activity, and to lead activity by experiences. We discuss together to work out reasonable plan when having problems. In this way, many troubles can be avoided.
Information	Many materials are hard to get, such as the photos remained by ancestors. The misunderstanding of common people leads to difficulty in collecting information.	Lack of materials is sorry. To the misunderstanding from the common people, we have to tell them repeatedly until they understand us.
Union	During the whole activity, facing problems and difficulties, we have many diverges, which lead to small dissensions.	The leaders and members of the group analyze the reason for contradiction, then resolve in essence, appease dissension and make our group more unified.
Outside action	Our countryside kids have never gone out. Most of us have car sickness. Some places do not have vehicles; we have to walk for tens of kilometers. Many students have blebs on their feet.	When seeing our car sickness, teacher buys medicine for us. We help each other. When some one lagging behind, we sing for he or she to cheer up.

Six. the insight talk

We know and understand the natural environment of our existence and feel the importance of the environmental protection through this special subject research. Team members overcome various difficulties with strong personality, publicize and protect environment; make more people cherish nature, and cherish our existence environment.
