Our experiences

　 We were excited for it was our first time to compete in the International Web Expo.We,after some discussion,decided to take the Monguor wedding as the theme.After that we started gathering its related information severally.Every day when we were free we would sort out our gathering in the computer room and take notes all the way.What's more,we paid a vist to the Tu Folk Culture Villages,making us know more about Monguor and its folk customs and culture.Over a month later when we had finished gathering,we set about on our next job,namely wabpage project,in which our teachers were in charge of the webpage design and we in charge of the word edition.This brought us much knowledge and made us have a better understanding of the Tu folk customs and culture. When editing the pictures,we,due to poor computer application skills,consumed too much energy to prevent misoperation on the completed pictures,which made us regret it deeply,and we would be delighted after faultlessly finishing a picture.We believed that failure is the mother of success and that we shall be more experienced next time,producing more fine web pages.

Theme 1:Material gathering Time:September 28th,2010 Participators:All

Contents:It was a fine day when we went to the Western Folk Culture Villages.When approaching,we were warmly welcomed with the pure Ha Da by A Gu.We really had fun on the wheel swing placed in the central yard.Ten minutes before wedding show,warmhearted A Wu(elder brother) and A Gu(elder sister) dressed us up with a suit of Tu clothes.Then,we became real members of the Tu people.Arranged by the leaders,we visited the Tu Folk Culture Exhibition Hall and learnt about some basic activities of the Monguor wedding.

Theme 2:Information collationTime:September 30th,2010 Participators:All Contents:Through everybody's effort,we had gathered some historical data about the Monguor wedding and sorted them out.Through books、newspapers、magazines and the Internet,we gathered great mass of data.So our first task next is to sort them out.

Theme 3:Conception of the framework of the web pag Time:October 6th,2010 Participators:All Contents:As the interviews and the information gathering in these days had almost been finished,we set about on the web page making.Above all is the framework of the web page.A web page is not the all about a web site,so we shall decide parts distribution and what to introduce for each.After the framework of the web page is done can the input of data be available.Carefully conceived,the framework was modified and had been formed,and then we started sorting out the data when backing.

Theme 4:The basic framework of the web page. Time:September 24th,2010 Participators:All Contents:The framework of the web page consisted of the home page、research on the origin、wedding process、endangered status、rescue plan、our team、our experiences and thematic briefing.,and all these could be adjusted according to the date we gathered.

Theme 5:Consummation of the web site Time:october 15th,2010 Participators:All Contents:Every web page was finished,and the rest was to link the web navigation.

Theme 6:Project consummation Time:October 23th,2009 Participators:All Contents:By two months' hard work,the Chinese web site was done for and with interpretation left.We rechecked to see where else needing modifying or improving.At last we gave the translation task to the Town and Talent Technologies.And Teacher Cao was in charge of the upload of the web site.

Our picture processing was with our common wisdom and effort.

When it just hit anyone of us,he or she shall share it with each of us.
