   Chang Yao's Memorial Hall is located in Dan Geer,an offset for where his sould belong.

   Chang Yao,a famous contemporary poet in China,had lived for years in and formed a family in Riyue,Huangyuan,-his second home,and he had written down the famous long poem-"Halakutu".His works have made a big difference for the contemporary poetry and are important gains of as well as enjoying a high reputation in the contemporary Chinese poetry.
   In order to commemorate Chang Yao and to enhance the cultural quality of the Dan Geer ancient city,the Chang Yao's Memorial Hall was built based on its related firsthand information stemming from the field surveys carried out by some famous Chinese poets and scholars,and Chang Yao's relatives and friends also had participated in the project.The hall was built on the site of the Haifeng College,simple and tasteful.In the yard lies his statue issuant and the corridor is hung with his poems as well as some famous calligraphy and paintings.His life story is presented as the emphasis inside the hall where his books、letters、poetry manuscripts and his living and working articles are all displayed there,iconically showing his rough yet rich life.
