This architectural complex is located in Heyin Town , Guide County . According to historical records, in order to consolidate the rule, educate folk and bless the steady and longevity, the Emperor asked to build up Yuhuang Attic in the center in Wanli 17th (AD 1589), which took four years to complete. The construction and extension of Yuhuang Cabinet hasn't been completed until the year of Daoguang 17th the Qing Dynasty (AD 1837).
