Xi sheng:   

Nanhai reprents Nanhai Temple and xi sheng reprents Gaoqu stream circulating mountainside flowing into the Jiulong lotus pond . Situated at the foot of Meici Mountain which is 2.5 miles from the town , Nanhai Temple built into scale after the continuous building in Qing dynasty and the period of republic of china after the main building complex had been built at the end of Ming dynasty . The main hall which is built on the top of the vaulted gateways is very magnificent with vivid avalokitesvara standing upright in it and statue of maitreya and protecting god building in the lounge outside and the pictures of eighteen disciples of buddah in the east and west with proficient and meticulous skills . Two memonial archs were built before the pond in front of the mountain .A three hole arch-bridge is on the pond . The left side of main hall is Nvzhu Hall with the statute of Nv Dongbin in it and Sanqing Hall at the upper left of Main hall . At its back stands Wangmu Hall . Wangfeng Hall stands at the top of the mountain . All the bulidings are go with the shape of the mountain with proper alternative layout , contributing it a good tourist site , You will see a round Jiulong Lotus Flower Pond with rippling water in it after you cross the mountain gate . Though it look not big , it reprents the huge Nanhai . Lotus flowers floating in the pond seems to enable people to feel the serenity of Nanhai . The another meaning of this pond is the sea as it was said that this place was lived by gods . The imagination of designer was so rich that he epotimized the huge Nanhai as such a small pond , fully representing the old saying that peep one spot and know the whole picture . This Nanhai often reflect clouds and blue sky in it , bringing a purified heart to tourists . Touring in such a spot with mountains and waters reflecting with each other , what a beautiful scenary we can see . ）
