I do want to get sick
Wen Shuqin is a very quiet, motivated and eager for study girl in the second year of middle school. Soon after this term, she was sick and stayed in the hospital.
Wen Shuqin was laying quietly on the bed, watching the cracks in the ceiling and imaging that they were a small or long river, where she could take a boat to Shanghai, the city her parents work in.
The door was opened gently, coming in her old grandfather and said happily, "little Qin, see who are coming to see you." Then she found her parents who she kept missing were behind her grandmother. She bursted into laughter, and wanted to say hello to them, but failed with only tears running down.
In the following days, Wen Shuqin recovered surprisingly fast with the accompanying of her parents. Some days later, her father felt to have no choice but told her that, "dear little Qin, we are so sorry that we have to go back for work, for our family and the tuition for you in future." Finally her parents left, in that evening, Wen Shuqin cried for a long time in the bed. And on the table was her diary, a full page of writing of "I do hope I am sick again." |
