| At 9 o’clock in the morning of Sep 1, the Startup of 2007 China Guangyuan Phoenix Boat Festival was held in Water Park in Nanhe. The present officials were Mr. Yang Zhi-wen, the vice director of provincial Standing Committee, mr. He Zhi-rao, the vice chairman of provincial CPPCC, and governors from city, district, army, other parties and etc. Mr. Gao Feng, the city chairman delivered a speech and Mr. Ma Hua, the mayor, presided over the opening ceremony. |
