We heard form the staff
of the culture museum that since 1992 the Huangyuan government
invested a lot both on man power, material and finance on
developing, resuming, improving to strengthen the protection of
Huangyuan Lamp row intangible material inheritage. According to the
statistics,
15thousands has been invested in resuming the lamp row, with the
continuous investment
as 15 thousands in 1993 , 33 thousands in 1997 and 10 thousands in
1998 with aiming at enlarging and renovating; especially, 0.2
million have been paid during 2004-2005 to reform with further
develop the lamp row
by introducing the modern tech by electron, light and sound. A lot
of lamp row new generation artists and craftsman have been
cultivated. We are working on setting up the brand sense by
submitting the national patent and registered marks. In so doing, we
managed to drive the lamp row to the market mechanism and succeed in
becoming the candidate of the national intangible material culture
protection inheritage.
Since the lamp row has
been listed as the national intangible material culture protection
inheritage, which steps have been adopted by the county party
committee and county government, in addition to financial
investment?
Our classmates got the
satisfactory answer from Ma yuying, the Deputy director of Huangyuan
County. In addition to the financial investment, we set up one
agency regulated by our county culture administration agency and
exclusively investigated by culture museum, wh.jpg) o
will be responsible for hanging, taking off and keeping the lamp row
and organizing the folk craftsman to paint. The whole development
and reform procedures are all under the direct administration by the
county government social development agency. In this way, the lamp
row received its
special administration, by which the lamp row can be further reform
in detailed way: they resume and improve the traditional lamp row
while pay much attention on the cultivation to the
new-emerged artists and craftsman. We also purchase the audio and
video appliance and collect the information to perfect the records.
With our breaking through reform, we build up our Huangyuan Lamp Row
Researching and Developing company to bring the vigor into the lamp
row and setting up the sense of brand. We are also working on
coordinate all parties concerned to make and develop the lamp row
and working out the five-year plan of the lamp row.
