　　Huangyuan County is a beautiful mountainous county in western China, locates at the eastern bank of famous Qinghai Lake. The Huangyuan Lamp Row-the national intangible material culture protection inheritage—was introduced by the Shanxi and Shan’ Xi traders from center area and gradually developed into the certain scale. Although it was ruined later, in 1992, it was resumed under the initiation of the local government. With the social and economic development and the life-standard rising, the people’s spirit life change obviously, that is, their need for the spirit culture goes higher and higher. The lamp row, as the one of the spirit life, are very popular. But owing to several political campaign, the design and craftsman were almost lost and folk making method were already lost. Especially, we would like to take this Internet Expo as a chance to investigate about “ the lamp row knowledge” to this area. Please the following as the result report:

7) What’s your idea of protecting and inheriting the lamp row skill?

50% of all being investigated thought that it should activate the all community, and adopt the economic steps system. The lamp rowing making should be organized to make , research and develop, initiated by the county government, coordinated by the culture agency.

15% of all being investigated thought that it should strongly publicize the Huangyuan Lamp Row to attract the investment. Let them to invest in building the factory of the lamp row and make them in scale as soon as possible.

5% of all being investigated thought that we should the lamp row renovating should be based on the original design and make the new styles which can also be suitable to the sale to the family. In this way, not only the government investment can be reduced, but also the habit of collecting can be satisfied.

30% of all being investigated thought that we should strengthen the lamp row publicizing to attract the outlanders. Economically, the county financial income can be enhanced and naturally the investment on the lamp row can be increased. The whole development walks into the sustainable one.
