         Chinese Communist party Huangyuan Committee and Huangyuan government work out a five-year plan to protect and inherit the lamp row development:

2006 protection plan:

          we will develop and research deeply and carefully the lamp row to build the perfect audio and video information record, and at the sam time investigating the modern one with new content.

          The target expected:  Hang out during the spring festival and the festival of lanterns and hope to attract the public.

2007 protection plan:

          we will reinforce the original appearance and test-sell the lamp row with the aim of market gradually and enlarge its vitality.

          The target expected: the merchandise will make the lamp row afford itself.

 2008 protection plan:

          Activating the whole community to let the shops and stands near the street using the lamp row as the signboard

         The target expected: forming the Huangyuan Lamp Row street ancient appearance.

2009—2010  protection plan:

          Popularize the lamp row to the suitable town and village to gradually forming the large and solid people foundation.

         The target expected: forming the atmosphere of common culture organized by the common people with wide-scope of folk activity and top-edged famous brand effect.

         Let our Huangyuan Lamp row continue its life generation by generation under the attention and support from national intangible material culture protection inheriting committee and the provincial, municipal and county government.
